Our Articles of Association define our purpose and specify the regulations for our operation. The articles explain the regulatory function of our business, how we are formed and the process adopted for decision making. They are written in accordance with the Companies Act (2006) and include the process for appointing directors and the handling of financial records for Companies House.

Hertfordshire FA are currently going through a transition as we update our processes and Articles to reflect The FA's Code of Governance for our County FAs that built upon Sport England’s Code for Sports Governance for National Governing Bodies of Sport.
