Letchworth 6v6 League
New HERTS6s League set to kick off in Letchworth this month.
The mid-week league will offer local teams the chance to play 6v6 football under the lights on the grass pitches at The County Ground on Thursday evenings between 7pm – 9pm.
Matches are 40 minutes in duration and the weekly price for a team is £27.
The player experience comes first in HERTS6s, and the aim is to provide players with the best possible standard of small-sided football at low costs and times convenient to them.
All equipment is supplied by Nike with premier match footballs, and all referees are FA qualified & registered. What’s more, HERTS6s even supply a league coordinator to run the league and answer any questions teams or players may have on the night.
In addition, HERTS6s offers cup competitions throughout each season.
Speaking before the launch of the league, Hertfordshire FA’s Lucy Burdin said:
‘Small sided football can be a great way to enjoy the game, no matter your age, ability or busy schedule.
We've got players from ages 16 to 60 playing in HERTS6s leagues across the county making the most of the opportunity to play the game they love each week.’
How do I enter a team into the League?
