Our offices are based in Letchworth, at The County Ground, and consist of a new 3G stadia pitch, comfortable office space with onsite Café services. We are also within walking distance of Letchworth Town Centre and train station.
Position: Football Development Officer (Female Pathway)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £25,000-£27,500 (depending on experience)
Based: Hertfordshire FA, Letchworth (with Hybrid working available)
This position reports directly to the Head of Football Development and Investment, supporting delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy, the Hertfordshire FA Operational Plan and working to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met.
The successful candidate will be involved in supporting the continued growth of female football in Hertfordshire. This will primarily be through supporting England Football Accredited Clubs and Leagues across the county to increase opportunities, whilst also working with colleagues to influence other areas including investment, coaching and refereeing to ensure the local grassroots game offers a safe and inclusive environment for female participants.
It is of high importance the successful candidate communicates clearly, provide excellent customer service and ensures safeguarding is of paramount consideration whilst undertaking all aspects of their role.
