Highlighting the progress made across Hertfordshire football throughout 2023-24
The summer provides all of us involved in the game with an opportunity to look back at how things have gone over the last year, before preparing to push on again with all the hope and expectation that a new season brings.
For us the end of last season also marked the end of a three-year strategy period, so we have been reflecting on developments across Hertfordshire football and how together with a wide range of stakeholders we have helped build a bigger and better game for all to enjoy.
Our latest Season Review looks at all areas of our work, including driving growth across all areas of participation, supporting the development of coaches and referees, improving the quality and quantity of pitches and creating a safer and more inclusive game for all.
It has been a pleasure to work with so many of you over the last year in delivering against our goals. Bringing it all together in one document really bring home the scope of our efforts and we hope reading this review gives you a better sense of the work we do and the impact it has.
