Position: Football Development Officer (Referees)
Contract Type: Fixed Term (3 Years)
Hours per week: 35 hours
Salary: £24,000-£27,000
Based: Hertfordshire FA, Letchworth
This position reports directly to the Head of Football Development and Investment, supporting delivery of The FA National Game Strategy, Hertfordshire FA Business Strategy and the FA Referee Strategy. The role holder will monitor, develop and support the referee workforce and referee committee structure, working to recruit, convert, retain, develop, and progress referees to service the needs of the game across Hertfordshire.
